Consultant Terms

Effective 28 October 2026 · Last updated 28 October 2026

These terms cover Practitioner Reports, the tool that turns a client's birth details into a branded PDF, and Streamer mode, which reads viewers' charts on a live stream (section 10). They sit alongside the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, and they take precedence where the three disagree about report generation.

1 · Who this is between#

In short
You, acting in your practice, and Propoa Pte. Ltd.. This is a business-to-business agreement, so consumer rules do not apply to it.

These terms are an agreement between Propoa Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore (UEN 202635624D), and you, the consultant, whether you practise as an individual or through a company. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind it.

2 · What the service is#

Practitioner Reports calculates BaZi charts and related tables from birth details you enter, lays them out with your branding and the text you write, and returns a PDF. It is a typesetting and calculation tool. It does not write the reading, and it does not check your reading.

Tables come from the same engine as the Auspica app, under the same conventions: clock time by default, the day boundary at midnight unless changed, the year turning at Li Chun, and the "Classic (MY/SG)" method preset. Where a section needs a calculation the engine does not produce, that section is not offered.

3 · Your clients' data#

In short
You are the controller of your clients' data. We are your processor, we act only on your instruction, and we store neither the client data nor the report.

Client birth details and your notes stay in your browser and are sent to us only in the single request that renders the PDF. We do not save them, and we do not save the finished report. It follows that we cannot recover a report you did not download, and cannot answer a client who asks us for their data: send them to you.

As your processor we will: process client data only to render the report you asked for; keep it confidential; apply the security measures described in the Privacy Policy; use only the kinds of service provider described there; and tell you without undue delay if we become aware of a breach affecting your clients. Because nothing is retained, deletion and return of client data happen by default.

Of your own data we keep your email address, billing status, a count of reports generated and your branding settings. That is covered by the Privacy Policy, where you are the data subject rather than the controller.

This section is our data processing agreement with you. If you practise in the EEA or the UK and need the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK Addendum, write to privacy@auspica.app and we will sign them with you.

For the lawyer: proposed to rely on this section as the DPA, with SCCs offered on request for consultants outside Singapore. Please confirm.

4 · Consent you must have#

Before you enter anyone's birth details you must have their permission, and they must know that a third-party tool will calculate the chart. You are responsible for meeting the notice and consent requirements that apply to you, including Singapore's PDPA and, where relevant, the GDPR. Do not enter details of a child without the consent of whoever may give it.

5 · The reports and your licence#

  • Your words are yours. The reading you write stays your copyright.
  • The template and engine are ours. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to generate reports and give them to your own clients, for as long as these terms apply.
  • You may charge for your consultation and include the report in it.
  • You may not resell or sublicense the generator, produce reports in bulk for redistribution, or strip the "Charts calculated with Auspica" line from the footer.

6 · Branding and how you describe us#

The report carries your logo, practice name, consultant name, contact details, accent colour and a disclaimer you can edit. Two lines stay: the calculation credit, and a safety disclaimer saying the report is not medical, legal or financial advice.

You may say that you use Auspica. You may not say that Auspica endorses, certifies, accredits or supervises you, or use our name or mark in your own trading name, logo or domain. You grant us no rights in your brand beyond rendering it into your own reports.

7 · Fees and payment#

Your first report is free. After that, either S$29 per report, or a Practitioner subscription at S$79 a month or S$790 a year, including 10 reports a month. Prices are shown at checkout and are exclusive of any tax you must account for yourself.

Payment is processed by our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your account page, and cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the Refund Policy, except that a downloaded report is delivered in full and is not refundable. We may change prices with 30 days' notice, and you may cancel before the change takes effect.

8 · Acceptable use#

  • No automated or bulk generation, scraping, or use of the tool as a calculation API.
  • No reverse engineering of the engine or the templates, except where the law allows it.
  • No sharing of your account. One consultant, one account.
  • No use for date selection around medical treatment, or anything else that would sit badly with the safety disclaimer.

9 · Your professional responsibility#

In short
The advice in the report is yours. Your client's relationship is with you, not with us.

You are solely responsible for the reading you write, for what you tell your clients, for your fees and for your conduct. You will keep the safety disclaimer in the report and will not present a reading as medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.

You will indemnify us against claims brought by your clients or by a regulator that arise from your readings, your advice, your fees or your handling of client data, except to the extent the claim is caused by our own breach of these terms.

10 · Live chart readings on stream#

In short
In Streamer mode you read viewers' charts live. Their details sit in your line only until the session ends; you may not save, copy or use them outside the reading; and what you say on stream is your reading, not ours.

Streamer mode in the app lets you read viewers' charts on a live stream. A viewer joins your line from your link and is told what will appear on screen. Birth date and time are off the stage unless you turn them on in set-up, and a viewer who keeps theirs off wins over your setting; the birthplace is never shown. You see the full details on your own phone so the chart can be cast.

You may use a viewer's details only to read their chart during that session. You may not write them down, photograph your screen, add them to a client list, contact the viewer with them, or share them with anyone. The line is deleted when the session ends, and we keep no copy. A viewer who wants a consultation reaches you through the contact line you chose to show; that conversation is between you and them, under your own obligations.

You are responsible for the stream: for reading with care and without promises of outcomes, for keeping health, legal and financial matters out of it, for complying with the platform's rules, and for how any recording or clip is used. The reading is yours; we provide the chart and the stage.

Access to Streamer mode starts on a trial with limits stated in the app and is widened after real readings or at our discretion. We may suspend it, and end a live session, where these terms or the Acceptable use section are broken. Your display name, company and contact line are shown on the stage and to viewers because you asked for that; change or remove them in set-up at any time.

For the lawyer: the viewer consents on the form (Privacy Policy section 14); this section binds the streamer as the reader. Please confirm the processor role sits as in section 3, with the difference that here we hold the line for minutes while the session runs.

11 · Disclaimers and liability#

The service is provided as is. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, and we do not warrant that a reading produced with it will suit any purpose. We do stand behind the calculations: if a table is wrong against the engine's own rules, tell us and we will correct it.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of what you paid us in that period and S$500, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost clients or lost data. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12 · Term and termination#

These terms run while you hold an account or generate reports. You may stop at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or end access for a breach of section 8 or 9, or with 30 days' notice if we retire the service, refunding the unused part of any subscription. Reports you have already downloaded remain yours to use.

13 · Changes#

We will give 30 days' notice by email of material changes to these terms, to the report template or to what a plan includes. Continuing to generate reports after that date accepts the change.

14 · Governing law#

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction. Before either of us starts court proceedings, we will set out the issue in writing and give the other 30 days to resolve it, and then try mediation in Singapore. As a business agreement, this is not subject to the consumer protections in the Terms of Use.

15 · Contact#

legal@auspica.app for these terms, support@auspica.app for the tool, privacy@auspica.app for anything about data. Propoa Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202635624D), Singapore.
